At the centre of my personal philosophy is continuous improvement. I understand that the data analytics field is in constant change. As a result, I have positioned myself at the forefront to learn of latest developments and upskill myself accordingly if need be. I am a member of various online data analytics communities that include Kaggle, DataCamp, Power BI service, Tableau Public, and follow several data analytics creators on social media. Most of the projects showcased in my portfolio were completed as part of my MSc Business Intelligence degree.

In this Masters degree by research, I conducted a study focused on developing a framework for Operational Risk Management (ORM) for small businesses to ensure they can be better prepared for future pandemic-like disasters.
